condition of skin & coat and
wether clipped or hand stripped.
this will be disscussed at your
initial appointment.
DEMATTING
This process takes longer so
an additional charge applies,
HOWEVER if a dog is too badly
matted it would need to be
clipped off, it would be too distressing and painfull to
do otherwise and under the
animal welfare legislation I
would be breaking the law to
do so. The hair will grow back
and with a good grooming
routine in place, this will
prevent it from happening
again.
FLEA & TICKS
This incurrs an additional £10.
charge as a concentrated
insecticide shampoo will need to
be used to treat and deter
further infestation.

PUPPY INTRODUCTION AND PUPPY TRIM
It is a good idea to get your puppy used to being groomed right from
the start. We offer an hours introduction for a nomimal charge of £5.
Your pup would stay with us for the hour (under supervision) whilst
another dog is being groomed, this will get them use to the enviroment
and the noises. They will receive lots of hugs, play and an occasional
treat, thereby making their experience a pleasurable one.
A first time puppy trim costs just £5.
